Petrofast Group played a major role in the SOCAR Haor Modernization Azerbaijan project at the Heydar Aliyev Oil Refinery. SOCAR owns the refinery and operates it as a critical national energy facility. The modernization program focused on increasing processing capacity and improving operational efficiency. The project also enhanced refined product quality to meet international energy standards. This upgrade strengthened Azerbaijan’s refining infrastructure and supported growing regional energy demands.

As part of the program, Petrofast supplied nearly 100 tons of high-strength structural bolts. Each delivery included complete fastening assemblies with hex nuts and washers. The team manufactured and delivered all materials under strict international specifications. These standards included EN14399-3 CL 8.8HR / CL 8HR and EN14399-5 – H. The components ensured long-term structural reliability for heavy industrial refinery operations.

Petrofast expanded its scope by deploying advanced safety equipment through Luxsolar. Additionally, the team installed LED aircraft warning lights for hazardous industrial environments. As a result, these systems improved visibility across tall refinery structures and processing towers. Moreover, the lighting network included MIOL-B red flashing beacons for elevated installations. In addition, installation heights ranged between 45 meters and 105 meters. Furthermore, the project also included LIOL steady-burning lights for mid-level structures.

Petrofast strengthened refinery structural stability and overall safety compliance. At the same time, the company followed strict quality control and inspection procedures. Meanwhile, the team maintained disciplined delivery schedules throughout the project lifecycle. Likewise, Petrofast engineers coordinated closely with contractors and project managers.
