Our production machining capabilities include milling, drilling, tapping, flattening, turning, slotting, bending, notching, and more with full CNC machining capabilities for close tolerances.

1. Our facilities include the finest machinery for rolling and thread chasing for fastener manufacturing.
2. Thread-rolling machines allow the production of all kinds of threads in metric and in inches.
3. Other machinery and equipment like metal-cutting bandsaws, presses, welders, galvanizers, PTFE (Xylan 1070, Xylar 1424) coating, heat treatment furnaces, ovens, and shot blasting machines are available.
4. Petrofast ME is equipped with all calibrated instruments,Gauges, and hardness testers for measuring hardness, coating thickness, and physical dimensions.
5. Forklifts and cranes are available for handling all pallets and boxes and unloading and loading containers.
