All fasteners are verified for their chemical compositions, mechanical properties, Dimensions and Coating Thickness as per the standards.
All Instruments are Calibrated as per Internal ISO Procedures.NDT Testing like dye penetrant ( DP) test are carried out for fabricated items.
PMI testing requirements are carried out on exotic materials like duplex steel, nickel alloys and as per clients requirements. Stringent In-process Inspection and Final Inspection ensures 100% defect free quality products.

Petrofast Middle East FZC have capacity to manufacture steel grade 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 2H, 8S, 10S and International Standards like DIN, IS, ISO, ANSI, BS, ASTM, ASME, JIS, EN etc. Our fastener products are available in different finishes like Black, Zinc Passivation, Powder Coating, Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), Zn+Ni, Zn+Al Flake Coating, and Hot Dip Galvanized etc.
Quality Testing
Petrofast Middle East FZC have an in built Testing Unit as a part of our infrastructure. This testing unit has been installed so as to assure that the products are manufactured in exact accordance to the standard specification.
