Petrofast Group played a pivotal role in supporting the largest reverse-osmosis (RO) desalination plant constructed by Acciona and RTCC in the Kingdom. This project, located in Al Khobar, forms part of a larger series of massive capacity RO plants—with Al Khobar 1 & 2 capable of producing 200 and 630 million liters per day, alongside others in Shuqaiq and Jubail.

Petrofast supplied essential components, including high-grade stud bolts and heavy hex nuts (ASTM A193 Gr. B7, A194 Gr. 2H, SS316, Duplex S32750/S32760), delivering approximately 200 tons of hardware that met stringent engineering and operational demands. These fasteners are critical for maintaining structural integrity in high-pressure RO systems, ensuring leak-free, durable performance.
