PFME Tension Control Bolts create strong steel-to-steel connections. They perform reliably in high-strength structural applications. Engineers choose them over heavy hex bolts for demanding structures.
TCBs are manufactured in strength classes 8.8s, 10.9, and 10. Available diameters include M12, M16, M20, M22, M24, M27, M30, and M36, with multiple length options. Countersunk variants are not available in M12, M27, and M36 sizes. Materials include alloy steels such as 20MnTiB, 40Cr, 35CrMo, and 35Vb, with client-specified grades available. Available finishes include hot-dip galvanizing (HDG), black oxide, Dacromet, and customer-requested coatings.
CBs are widely recognized worldwide for fast and simple installation. Lightweight electric shear wrenches make installation easier and more efficient. As a result, CBs are replacing HSFG bolts and swaged collar rivets in structural applications.
